New Clarinet and Saxophone group - No Strings Attached. This ensemble was set up in autumn of 2012. It is open to anyone of any age, below grade 5 standard. For more details please click on the tab at the top "No Strings".

I have been teaching clarinet, saxophone, flute and piano privately and in schools for over 20 years. From beginner to grade 8, accompanying students up to and including grade 5, using a variety of styles.

I have been playing in various bands and ensembles since the age of 10. I think it is a very important part of learning music. There is a whole new and exciting set of skills that can improve all aspects of your playing. From wind bands, to quartets, swing bands to classical orchestras. Playing in pits for musicals and pantomimes, using a variety of instruments (Eb/C/Bb/bass clarinets, soprano/alto/tenor saxophones, flute/piccolo).
